Margaret Cavanagh

Margaret is an integrative counsellor with over 20 years’ experience, offering relationship counselling and cognitive behavioural therapy.  CBT can help with a variety of problems including anxiety, depression, anger management, insomnia, phobias and eating disorders. She offers a warm, empathic and collaborative space to explore new ways of thinking about and managing your difficulties.  Zoom sessions also available.

Margaret is a Member of the British Psychological Society and abides by the BPS code of ethics.
