Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

Julie.jpg

Julie Boseley

As a holistic teacher and practitioner I wanted to support the therapies that I already practiced with qualifications in the Talking therapies. One of the key elements on anyone’s healing journey is made up of sharing and being listened to in a supportive space. I love CBT as it very much encapsulates that with the added bonus of practical methods to add to your personal well-being tool bag for life.

I also hold qualifications as a Life coach, a level 2 counselling diploma and  suicide and self- harm certification. Part of my work leads me to support people with end of life care.

I am always honoured to walk alongside you on your journey.
